Golden Boomerang Awards 2025

  1. 1. General Provisions
    The Golden Boomerang Awards (“Promotion”) is organized and run by Boomerang Partners (“Organizer”). BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice.

  2. 2. Duration
    2.1 The Promotion occurs from February 3, 2025, to May 11, 2025.
    2.2 The Promotion registration period is from February 3, 2025, to May 5, 2025. Registrations submitted after May 5, 2025, will not be eligible.

  3. 3. Eligibility
    3.1 The Promotion is open to both current and new affiliates/partners who drive high-quality traffic to Boomerang Partners’ online betting and casino platforms;
    3.2 Participants must be 18 years or older as of February 3, 2025, to participate;
    3.3 Employees of Boomerang Partners and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  4. 4. Registration in the Promotion
    4.1 Registration is conducted through a special landing page that leads to a Telegram bot, where participants will provide:
    • Current partners: email, ID, manager’s name, team name.
    • New partners: name, email, business sector, verticals, traffic source, and team name.
    4.2 Upon completing registration, participants will receive confirmation:
    "Thank you! You are registered for the Golden Boomerang Awards 2025: Sport Edition."
    4.3. Traffic quality guidelines:
    • Affiliates will be informed by their Account Manager on Boomerang Partners’ traffic quality standards and requirements to qualify for the promotion tracking and prizes.
    • The organizer does not accept Duplicate, Disabled, and Self-excluded players and Fraud traffic. Such players will be deactivated from the promotion campaign, and their points will be canceled.
    • Organizer reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, inaccurate, illegible registrations or invalid traffic entries, including Duplicate, Disabled, Self-excluded players, and Fraud.

  5. 5. How to Participate
    5.1. Promotion participants must drive high-quality traffic to any betting and casino sites owned by Boomerang Partners during the promotion tracking period. Only FTDs (first deposits) will count towards scoring and monthly prizes. Partners must use their unique participant ID to track traffic, leads, and deposits.
    5.2. Promotion participants will compete in two leaderboards - Sports and Casino.
    Points are awarded based on the number of valid First Time Deposits (FTDs) every two weeks:

    5.3 The leaderboards will be updated weekly, except for the last week, where rankings will be hidden until the awards ceremony.

  6. 6. Competition Mechanics
    GBA 2025 is divided into three stages:
    6.1 1st month (February 3 – March 3): Kick-off
    Tasks:
    The best participants will be awarded prizes.
    6.2 2nd month (March 3 – April 3): Strengthening Activity
    Tasks:
    The best participants will receive prizes.
    6.3. 3rd month (April 3 – May 3): Final Stage
    Tasks:
    • Generate a minimum of 60 FTD on sports betting and/or a minimum of 100 FTD on casino;
    • Hold a place in the top 10 ranking in Sport/Casino leaderboard;
    • Raise Boomerang brands to the top position if they are not there, offer placement on a new resource, or launch a new geo with Organizer.
    Prizes will be awarded to the best participants.
    6.4. Participation in Monthly Contests
    Partners who did not win in the monthly competitions will receive prizes for participating. But only if they have completed the tasks specified in paragraphs 6.1, 6.2, and 6.3.
    6.5. Additional Activities


    7. The organizer will also hold a special tournament as part of GBA 2025. Leaders in traffic for the UEFA Champions League semifinal will receive unique prizes.


  7. 7. Nominations and Prizes
    7.1 Criteria for winning categories
    Winners are determined by the number of points earned throughout the promotion tracking period.
    The top 30 partners (15 from Leaderboard Sport and 15 from Leaderboard Casino) will receive an invitation to the awards ceremony at the San Siro stadium in Milan. Additional prizes will be announced at the end of each month.
    7.2 Main Awards:
    • Grand Prix: Winner of the Sport Leaderboard
    • Best Casino Traffic 2025: Winner of the Casino Leaderboard
    7.3. Additional Nominations:
    • Best Betting Solutions 2025
    • Best Quality Traffic 2025
    • Best Rising Star 2025 (for new partners)
    • Best PPC Traffic 2025
    • Best SEO Traffic 2025
    • Best Affiliate Network 2025
    • Best Marketing Solutions 2025
    • Best Innovative Campaign 2025
    • Best Ambassador 2025

  8. 8. Grand Ceremony & Event
    The Boomerang Awards Ceremony (“Ceremony”) is the culminating event of GBA 2025. It will take place on May 23-25, 2025, at the San Siro stadium in Milan. The Organizer reserves the right to change the date of the event.
    8.1 Rules for Participation in the Ceremony:
    • The top 30 participants of the Promotion will be invited to attend the Ceremony event on May 18-20, 2025;
    • The organizer will arrange and cover the costs for flights, accommodation, and transfers for invitees;
    • Invitations will be sent to the top 30 participants two weeks after the final Sport and Casino leaderboard standings are announced;
    • Organizer reserves the right to modify the Ceremony agenda or location due to unforeseen circumstances;
    • Attendees are responsible for obtaining any necessary travel documentation and adhering to travel regulations;
    • Organizer is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the Ceremony;
    • Participants consent to use their image and likeness in promotional materials by attending the Ceremony.
    For inquiries or additional information about the Ceremony, participants should contact their designated Affiliate Manager or the Boomerang Partners event coordination team.

  9. 9. General Terms
    9.1. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entries that the organizer deems, at its sole discretion, to contravene the spirit of the Promotion.
    9.2. The organizer accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, incomplete, invalid, altered, or misdirected entries.
    9.3. The organizer reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
    9.4. The decisions regarding any aspects of the Promotion will be final and binding.
    9.5. By participating in this Promotion, you agree that the Organizer will use your name and likeness for promotional purposes, including on websites, social media, email, and other marketing channels.
    9.6. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and Organizer about this Promotion.
