Golden Boomerang Awards 2024

  1. Introduction
    The Golden Boomerang Awards (“Promotion”) is organized and run by Boomerang Partners (“We”, “Us”). BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice.
  2. Duration
    2.1 The Promotion occurs from February 14, 2024 to June 1, 2024.
    2.2 The Promotion registration period is from February 14, 2024 to May 14, 2024. Registrations submitted after May 14, 2024 will not be eligible.
  3. Eligibility
    3.1 The Promotion is open to affiliates/partners who drive high-quality traffic to Boomerang Partners' online gambling platforms;
    3.2 Participants must be 18 years or older as of February 14, 2024 to participate;
    3.3 Employees of Boomerang Partners and their immediate families are not eligible to enter;
    3.4 Existing partners will receive a unique participant ID from their Affiliate Manager once registered. New partners must register at the Promotion website to obtain a unique participant ID and enroll in the tournament. Registration is free;
    3.5 Participants must register during the registration period stated above in Clause 2.2. Late registrations will not be accepted
  4. How to Enter
    4.1 To enter the Promotion, eligible participants must:
    (a) Register for the promotion during the registration period (February 14, 2024, to May 14, 2024 at 23:59 UTC) to obtain a unique participant ID;
    (i) Existing partners: Contact their designated Affiliate Manager at Boomerang Partners via email, phone, messengers or via social media. The Affiliate Manager will provide a unique participant ID for the promotion tracking and scoring;
    (ii) New partners: Register directly on the Promotion website. New partners will receive a unique participant ID and confirmation email after registering;
    (b) Use their assigned participant ID to track traffic, leads, and deposits throughout the promotion period;
    (c) Drive high-quality traffic to any of Boomerang Partners' online gambling sites during the promotion tracking period. Only FTDs (First Time Deposits) will count towards scoring and weekly prizes.
    4.2 Traffic quality guidelines:
    (a) Affiliates will be informed by their Account Manager on Boomerang Partners' traffic quality standards and requirements to qualify for the promotion tracking and prizes.
    (b) We do not accept Duplicate, Disabled, and Self-excluded players and Fraud traffic. Such players will be deactivated from the promotion campaign and their points canceled.
    (c) We reserve the right to disqualify incomplete, inaccurate, illegible registrations or invalid traffic entries including Duplicate, Disabled, Self-excluded players, and Fraud.
  5. Prizes & Rewards
    5.1 Scoring & Leaderboard
    Participant scores are calculated based on the number of valid First Time Deposits (FTDs) generated per week. The following points are allocated:

    • 100+ FTDs per week = 50 points
    • 80-99 FTDs per week = 35 points
    • 60-79 FTDs per week = 25 points
    • 50-59 FTDs per week = 20 points
    • 40-49 FTDs per week = 15 points
    • 30-39 FTDs per week = 10 points
    • 20-29 FTDs per week = 5 points
    • 10-19 FTDs per week = 2 points
    • 5-9 FTDs per week = 1 point

    An online leaderboard will display team names and running scores updated every Monday. The final leaderboard standings will determine the top winners and prizes.

    5.2 Bi-Weekly Rewards
    Every two weeks, top-performing partners who meet specific First Time Deposit (FTD) targets are eligible for bi-weekly rewards. The FTD targets are categorized into three tiers, each offering distinct prizes.


    5.3 Bi-Weekly Rewards General Terms
    • Participants who meet the conditions receive the prize corresponding to their achievement tier;
    • The reward conditions and prizes are subject to change based on ongoing analysis by our Analytics Department;
    • Winners will be notified personally via their Affiliate Manager and email;
    • After every two weeks, the conditions and prizes will be updated, offering fresh opportunities for participants to win.

  6. Awards & Nominations
    6.1 Main Category Awards
    Prizes include Super Gold, Medium Gold, and Small Gold Boomerang Trophies for the top three places, respectively, plus other prizes to be confirmed.

    (a) 1st place — Super Gold Boomerang Trophy

    (b) 2nd place — Medium Gold Boomerang Trophy

    (c) 3rd place — Small Gold Boomerang Trophy

    These special recognition awards will be presented at the Grand Ceremony (see section 6. Grand Ceremony & Event)

    6.2 Bonus Category Awards
    All top 30 ranking participants qualify to be nominated and evaluated for the below bonus category awards, judged on traffic metrics driven during the promotion tracking period:

    (a) Best Sportsbook Traffic 2024 — Awarded to the affiliate that drove the highest quality and volume of sportsbook traffic

    (b) Best Casino Traffic 2024 — Awarded to the affiliate that drove the highest quality and volume of casino traffic

    (c) Best Quality Traffic 2024 — Awarded for delivering overall exceptional quality traffic to Boomerang Partners’ brands

    (d) Rising Star 2024 — Honors a newer affiliate who showed outstanding growth and performance

    These special recognition awards will be presented at the Grand Ceremony (see section 6. Grand Ceremony & Event)
  7. Grand Ceremony & Event
    The Boomerang Awards Ceremony (“Ceremony”) is the culminating event of the Promotion, scheduled for June 1, 2024. This section outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the Ceremony.

    7.1 The Ceremony Terms:
    • The top 30 participants of Promotion promotion will be invited to attend the Ceremony event on June 1, 2024;
    • The Ceremony will be held at a 5-star hotel in Larnaca;
    • We will arrange and cover the costs for flights, accommodation, and transfers for invitees;
    • Invitations will be sent to the top 30 participants two weeks after the final leaderboard standings are announced.

    7.2 General Event Terms:
    • Participation in the Ceremony is subject to adherence to these terms and conditions;
    • We reserve the right to modify the event agenda or location due to unforeseen circumstances;
    • Attendees are responsible for obtaining any necessary travel documentation and adhering to travel regulations;
    • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event;
    • By attending the Ceremony, participants consent to the use of their image and likeness in promotional materials.

  8. General Terms
    8.1 We reserve the right to disqualify any entries that We deem, at Our sole discretion, to contravene the spirit of the Promotion.

    8.2 We accept no responsibility for lost, delayed, incomplete, invalid, altered, or misdirected entries.

    8.3 We reserve the right to amend, withdraw, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

    8.4 The decisions in respect of any aspects of the Promotion will be final and binding.

    8.5 By participating in this Promotion, you agree for your name and likeness to be used by Us for promotional purposes including on websites, social media, email, and other marketing channels.

    8.6 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and Us about this Promotion.
